ColoClear® Colorectal Cancer Risk Screening
ColoClear by Circle is a non-invasive, at-home stool-based multi-target gene (FIT-DNA) test that can detect early-stage colorectal cancer risk. ColoClear aims to make colorectal cancer screening simpler and more convenient, allowing you to easily monitor your health from the comfort of your own home.
Using next-generation DNA technology, the FIT-DNA test can detect the risk of colorectal polyps and early-stage colorectal cancer from a small amount of stool sample. The process is non-invasive and painless, and can be done at home.ColoClear combines advanced stool-based gene testing technology with fecal immunochemical testing (FIT), achieving a sensitivity of up to 96%* in detecting colorectal cancer.

1.Upon receiving the ColoClear testing kit at the medical centre, please open the kit and scan the QR code on the "registration kit form" to fill out the activation kit form.
- Please fill in "NA" for the doctor's surname and name.
- Please select "F. IMPACT HEALTH MANAGEMENT CENTRE (TSIM SHA TSUI)" as the ColoClear testing location.
2. After ColoClear confirms with you over the phone, you may begin the test.
3. The kit contains the necessary tools for collecting the stool sample. Please refer to the "demonstration video" QR code in the sample collection guide to collect the sample at home.
4. Please arrange for sample pickup within 48 hours of sample collection. Scan the QR code in the sample collection guide to make an appointment for ColoClear to collect the sample at your doorstep before 4:30 pm the next day.

6. Report Interpretation and Conclusive Advice by Medical Professional
• People of any age: For regular monitoring of intestinal microbiota healthThe report can inform you if your intestinal microbiota environment is imbalanced. Anyone can undergo testing at any time to understand their colorectal health related to intestinal microbiota.
• People over 45 years old: For predicting the risk of colorectal polyps and colorectal cancerThe American Cancer Society recommends that people aged 45 or above undergo regular colorectal cancer screening. Higher-risk individuals with a family history, genetic mutations, or other known risk factors should begin screening earlier.
• People who have had polyps or colorectal cancer removed within the past ten years: For predicting the risk of colorectal polyp recurrence

• Human Health will contact the customer within 2 working days after successful payment. Customers can also call to the medical centre for booking.
• Customers must present their identity cards and order confirmation letter (printed or e-version) on the appointment day.
•When samples are returned, please ensure the following before
leaving:
a. There is no
leakage in the 2 test tubes containing the sample liquid
b. The
barcodes on the test tube, test application form and sample bag are consistent, and the sample bag has written the date and time of sample collection;
c. After the
sample is collected, returning the sample within 48 hours. After collection of samples, please call ColoClear Lab to collect samples at home, otherwise there is a chance to reissue of the kit. Please call +852 3001 6176 for enquiries.
•Check-up plan is applicable to people aged 18 or above only.
•Check-up plan is not applicable on Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Neither amendment nor cancellation is allowed once the payment has been confirmed. Also, it is not transferable nor refundable.
• All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment.
• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• In case of disputes, the decision of Human Health shall be final.
