Once payment is successful, our customer service team will contact you within two working days to arrange an appointment. Alternatively, during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), you can send your order number, the full name of the service user, and your preferred appointment date to us via WhatsApp at +852 6010 4853 (text messages only), and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
*To ensure a smooth vaccination process, it is mandatory to present the original immunization record card (vaccination card) each time you receive vaccination. This is for healthcare professional to fill out and verify the relevant vaccination records. If you are unable to present the vaccination card on the day of your appointment, we reserves the right to refuse vaccination for the appointment holder.
* Child Vaccination Program is only available at Impact Health Management Centre (TST).
Child vaccination is effectively in preventing infants from being infected by serious diseases. The vaccine can reduce the total number of injections and lower the chances of side effects after vaccination.

Recommend Immunization Schedule:
- 2th months: 6 in1 Vaccine (1st dose)
- 4th Month: 6 in 1 vaccine (2nd dose)
- 6th Month: 6 in 1 vaccine (3rd dose)
- 18th Month (1.5 year old): 5 in 1 vaccine (4th dose)
Not applicable to:
- People who have a fever or are taking antibiotics on the day of injection, it is recommended to delay the injection.

If you purchase pediatric vaccine service, please pay attention to the following vaccination guidelines:
• All services require an appointment. Customers who have successfully purchased an injection service are advised to book at least 2 weeks in advance. For Saturday appointments, booking at least 4 weeks in advance is recommended.
• The injection must be scheduled within 6 months of purchase; no refunds will be issued for expired orders.
• After successful payment, our customer service team will contact you within 2 working days to arrange an appointment. Alternatively, you may send your order number, the full name of the service recipient, and your preferred appointment date to us via WhatsApp at +852 6010 4853 (text messages only) during office hours (Monday to Saturday, 9 am – 6 pm); we will respond as soon as possible.
• Individuals with known allergies to any vaccine ingredients should not receive the injection.
• It is recommended to postpone the injection if you have a fever or are currently taking antibiotics on the day of the appointment.
• Individuals currently undergoing medical treatment (e.g., chemotherapy, steroid therapy) should consult a doctor for advice and guidance before receiving the injection.
• If you are taking medication but are unsure about your suitability for the vaccine, please consult a doctor beforehand, or bring the medication with you on the day of the appointment for the medical staff to review and determine suitability.
• Suitability for this program must be assessed by medical staff. If the assessment determines that the customer is unsuitable for the procedure, an assessment fee of HKD 350 will be charged, and the remaining balance can be used for an exchange or refund.
