Visitors can also shop at Human Health Online Store, but they can enjoy privileges and get the latest shopping information by purchasing products as a member. Registering as a member of Human Health Online Shop does not charge any fees.
What should I do if I forget my password?
Please click on the forgot password directly on the login page and enter the verification code. A password reminder will be sent to your mailbox via E-mail.
How to change the password?
After logging in, go to My Account> Change Password and enter the original password and the new password to change it.

You can choose VISA, MASTERCARD, Alipay, FPS and WeChat WECHAT PAY to pay online.

The basic delivery fee is HKD 50. Free delivery fee for any spending of HKD 500 in the Human Health Online Store. Our shop only delivers to Hong Kong area.

How do I know that my order has been confirmed?
The product confirmation and redemption letter will be sent to the email address you provided 5 to 10 minutes after the purchase is completed (after confirmation by online banking).
How to book service after purchase?
For details, please refer to the terms and conditions of each product. After the specified product is purchased, a colleague from the customer service department will contact you within the specified time and arrange an appointment. If you need, you can also call our customer service hotline 39708888 for enquiries. Please note that all products purchased in online stores cannot be directly booked by calling the medical center (except for individual products, please refer to the terms and conditions of each product page for details).
How to redeem services and products?
Customers must present their ID card and order confirmation letter (printed or electronic version) at the designated medical center on the day of the appointment to confirm their identity. For details, please refer to the terms and conditions of each product.
How to change the information of the reserved service or user (product user)?
If you need to change the appointment service or user (product user) information, please call 39708888 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How to cancel an order?
All products purchased at Human Health Online Store cannot be returned or replaced. Only if the product is a problem product, can it be replaced by exception or the service cannot be used due to health problems, and a refund can be accepted.
If Human Health confirms that the product is defective and eligible for product replacement, please email us within 14 days after receiving the product. Human Health reserves the right to request customers to return the product together with the original receipt and original packaging box and determine that the product is indeed a defective product, then the product can be replaced. Human Health also reserves the right to test your product in question.
If you cannot use the service due to a health problem, please provide the relevant medical certificate issued by a registered doctor and email it to us. After verification, you can receive a refund. If the customer is not suitable for vaccination or physical examination after evaluation by our doctor, the doctor’s consultation fee will be charged, and the remaining difference will be refunded.
How to get the official receipt/certificate of attendance?
The system will only send emails based on the content you entered during the purchase. Please make sure that the entered content is correct and cannot be changed once entered. If you need to go to our medical center for services, you can check with the medical center staff on the same day and get a certificate of visit.
