Return and Exchange policy
According to this clause, all products purchased in the E-SHOP cannot be returned or exchanged, except for the following two circumstances: (1) the product is a defective product; or (2) as proven by a doctor’s certificate that such products or services are not suitable for the customer due to health issues.
To request a return or exchange, your products must remain intact and unused bearing the original packaging and tag. You are required to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return or exchange due to product quality issues, you have to contact us by e-mail at email@example.com within 14 days after receiving your product. Human Health reserves the right to request customers to return the product together with the original receipt and original packaging and to determine whether the product is indeed a defective product, the product can be returned or exchanged after verification. Products returned to us without prior application for return or exchange will not be accepted.
If you are unable to use the services or products due to health situation, please provide the relevant medical certificate issued by a registered doctor to us by e-mail. A refund may be arranged after verification. If the customer is identified by our doctor as unsuitable for the products or services such as vaccination or physical examination, the doctor’s consultation fee will be charged, and the difference after deducting the doctor’s consultation fee will be refunded to the customer.
Any verified and approved return request would be made in the form of payment or by cheque.
