Exhange or Refund Policy

All products and services purchased from our Human Health E-shop are non-exchangeable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed. It is your responsibility to fully understand the details and terms of the products and services before making a payment. If there are any questions regarding the products or services, please contact us before making a payment. We reserve the right to decline order cancellations, including but not limited to cases for duplicate purchases or wrong purchasing. 

 *In the following two specific circumstances, you could apply for an exchange or refund. 

 (1) Defective Products

You must document the condition of the product with photos upon receiving it and contact us within 3 days via email at eshop@humanhealth.com.hk to report the product issue. The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, with the original packaging. You also need to provide the relevant receipt or proof of purchase. Only after verification as a defective product can arrange for an exchange or refund*. Products returned to us without prior application and confirmation will not be accepted. 

If you have sensitive skin or health conditions, it is recommended that you understand the product ingredients or consult a doctor before making a purchase. We do not accept returns nor refunds due to allergicreactions to purchased products. 

(2)Inability to Use Vaccination Service Due to Health Issues

If you have purchased a vaccination service but are unable to use it due to health issues, please provide relevant medical proof issued by registered doctor and email us at eshop@humanhealth.com.hk . After review and verification, you will still be responsible to pay for the doctor's consultation fee. Only after deducting the difference can arrange for an exchange or refund. 

If your application is successful, you can choose either (a) or (b):

a) Arrange an exchange: E-gift card usage rules

If you choose to get the E-gift card for exchanging other products or services, there will be no administrative fee being charged. E-giftcards are issued and managed by Human Health E-shop and can only be used for shopping purposes on Human Health E-shop. By using the e-gift card, it means that you have agreed and comply with the e-gift card terms and conditions. 

  • The e-gift card is only applicable to the online store for purchasing any goods and/or services in full or in part. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases. 
  • If the total amount of the order exceeds the available limit of the e-gift card, customers can use other acceptable payment methods on the online store to pay the balance. 
  • The e-gift card can be used for one or multiple order transactions on the online store until the available limit reaches $0. 
  • Orders paid with an e-gift card are not eligible for refunds. 
  • The e-gift card cannot be topped up or redeemed for cash. 
  • The e-gift card has an expiration date and will become invalid after expiration. No reissuance will be provided. 

b) Rules for applying refund: 

If you choose to apply for a refund, a 5% administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. The refund will be processed in the original form of payment or by cheque. 

Human Health E-shop has the right to revise and update the terms andconditions. If there are any disputes, Human Health E-shop holds the final decision right.
