Refund policy

All products and services purchased from Human Health Mall are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in the following two cases: (1) if the product is defective, or (2) if the customer is unable to use the service due to health issues, but the customer must provide a medical certificate proving their inability to use the service due to health problems. After receiving and reviewing your refund request, we will notify you of the result via email or phone. Please note that a 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the total refund amount as a processing fee charged by the payment gateway. You can choose to receive a refund in the form of a gift card, and no deduction will be made.

It is your responsibility to have a clear understanding of the product and service details, as well as the terms and conditions, before making a payment for an order. If you have any questions about the products and services purchased from Human Health Mall, you can inquire with us at any time before making the payment. We regret that we cannot arrange refunds or order cancellations for situations such as duplicate purchases or realizing the wrong product or service after purchase.

Product Replacement:
If you wish to request a product replacement, the product must be in its original condition, with the original tags and unused. You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. You must document the condition of the product with photographs upon receipt and contact us within 7 days via eshop@humanhealth.com.hk to report the product issue. Human Health reserves the right to request the customer to return the product along with the original receipt and packaging box to confirm that it is indeed a defective product before a replacement can be arranged. Products returned to us without prior replacement application will not be accepted.

Product Returns/Service Refunds:
If you are unable to use the service due to health reasons, please provide relevant medical proof issued by a registered doctor and send it to us via email for verification before a refund can be processed. If, after evaluation by our doctors, the customer is deemed unsuitable for the product or service (e.g., vaccine administration or physical examination), the customer will still be responsible for the doctor's consultation fee, and the refund will be issued minus the consultation fee.

Once a return request has been verified and approved by us, the refund will be issued in the original form of payment or by check.

Gift Card Terms of Use
Human Health Gift Card (the Card) with prepaid value issued exclusively by Human Health Eshop and the Card can only be used in Human Health Eshop.Use of the Card constitutes your acknowledgement of the agreement to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

 The Card can only be used in full or partial payment for products and / or services purchased in the Eshop. Any remaining balance can be used against future purchases.
 If the credit of the Card is insufficient for an order, customer may make up the difference using one of the accepted payment methods of the Eshop.
 The Card is redeemable against purchase in one or more transactions of products in the Eshop until the balance is zero.
 The Card shall not be refunded.
 The Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
 The gift card has an expiration date and will not be reissued when expired.
 Human Health reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time in its discretion without notice.
