For orders within Hong Kong, customers can enjoy free local delivery service for orders over HKD $400, applicable to both commercial and residential addresses. Orders below HKD $400 will incur a delivery fee of HKD $50. We currently do not support delivery services outside of Hong Kong.
1. After the order is confirmed and payment is completed, customers will receive an official electronic receipt from our store within 1-2 working days at the provided email address. In general, after receiving the electronic receipt, the goods will be officially shipped within 3-5 working days and delivered to the customer's designated shipping address.
2. On the day the goods are shipped, the email address provided by the customer will receive a notification email from the system containing the tracking number of the package. Customers can use the tracking number to check the order status. (Please note: Service items or goods delivered by suppliers are excluded and will not display the latest delivery status.)
3.We will make every effort to arrange the best and fastest delivery date and time. However, delivery service may be suspended or delayed due to supplier issues, weather conditions, traffic, location, or other factors. If the delivery date is delayed due to the above circumstances, our store will not provide separate notification and will not be responsible for any losses incurred by the customer. Unless our store is unable to provide the goods in the order, in which case our customer service department will contact the customer by phone or email to discuss the handling method.
4. For undeliverable orders, the reasons include but are not limited to: no one available to sign for the delivery, issues with the delivery address, etc. Our store will contact the customer via email/phone to arrange for re-delivery. If any additional transportation fees are incurred, they will be borne by the recipient.
5. The shipping address for the goods is based on the address provided by the customer. Please ensure the accuracy of the delivery contact information provided during checkout. Our store will not be responsible for any delays or losses caused by inaccurate addresses provided by the customer.
6. If the order includes items that are in stock or out of stock, they will be shipped together when all products are available.
7. If the received items or quantities do not match the order, please call our customer service hotline at 3970 8888 within 7 working days after receiving the goods to arrange for further assistance. Cases that fail to make contact within the specified timeframe may not be eligible for further cooperation. As some products are directly delivered by suppliers, we only retain a 1-month period for tracking and follow-up from the payment date. Our company will not be held responsible for any losses incurred if the tracking of the goods' delivery status is not available due to exceeding this deadline.
