*To ensure a smooth vaccination process, it is mandatory to present the original immunization record card (vaccination card) each time you receive vaccination. This is for healthcare professional to fill out and verify the relevant vaccination records. If you are unable to present the vaccination card on the day of your appointment, we reserve the right to refuse vaccination for the appointment holder.
Measles, Mumps and Rubella Vaccine (MMR) can prevent child infection from Measles, Mumps and Rubella.

Recommend Immunization Schedule:
- 1 year old: 1st dose
- 6 years old: 2nd dose
Not applicable to:
- People who have a fever or are taking antibiotics on the day of injection, it is recommended to delay the injection.
- Serious allergic reaction to a previous dose of MMR vaccine
- Known history of severe allergy to gelatine or certain antibiotics
- Individuals with severe immunosuppression from diseases or treatment, e.g.:
-immunodeficiency
-on current cancer treatment, such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy - People who have received immunoglobulin or other blood products (e.g. blood transfusion) within the past 11 months
- People who have as received other live vaccines in the past four weeks

If you purchase vaccine service, please pay attention to the following vaccination guidelines:
- Human Health will contact the customer within 2 working days after successful payment. Customers can also call hotline at +852 3970 8888 or WhatsApp +852 5228 5870 (WhatsApp only) for booking. (Operation hours: Monday to Saturday: 9:00a.m.– 7:00p.m.)
- Vaccination must be scheduled within 6 months after purchase; no refunds will be issued for overdue appointments.
- Customer must provide a valid vaccination record to the medical center to determine the appropriateness of taking the vaccine.
- Customer is not recommended for the injection if he/she is allergic to any component of the vaccine.
- If customer has a fever or are taking antibiotics on the day of injection, it is recommended to delay the injection.
- People who are taking drugs but not sure whether it is appropriate to accept the vaccine, it is recommended to consult the doctor or bring the relevant drugs to the health professionals for examination on the day of injection before deciding whether it is suitable for injection.
- The vaccine provides lasting immunity. Generally, no boosters are required.
- A consultation fee of HK$350 will be deducted if customer is not suitable for the vaccine injection and the balance can be arranged for an exchange or refund
