• This service is only applicable at designated Human Health Medical Health Check Centers. • Customers must present their HKID card/identity document and the order confirmation letter (printed or electronic version) on the appointment day for identity verification. 
• The health check plan is only applicable to individuals aged 18 or above.
• The health check plan is not available on Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and public holidays. 
• The health check plan is valid for 6 months. Customers must complete the check-up within 6 months (starting from the payment confirmation date); expired plans will be forfeited. 
• No changes, transfers, or refunds are allowed after ordering the plan.
• All health checkups are not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment purposes. 
• This service cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, nor can it be redeemed for cash or other products. 
• In case of any disputes, Human Health Medical Group Limited reserves the right of final decision.
