• Preparation for Gastroscopy: 

 - Six weeks before the test: stop antibiotics 

 - Preparation two weeks before the examination: stop taking stomach medicine 

- Six hours before the examination: fasting, can drink a small amount of water 

- Two hours before examination: No drink/water, remove dentures, ornaments and metal objects

• Preparation for Colonoscopy:

- Preparation three days before the examination: It is recommended that if the patient is taking drugs such as aspirin and Boxue Pill, please notify the doctor in advance. In some cases a doctor may ask a patient to stop taking a certain type of medication. Stop taking high-fiber foods and beverages, such as vegetables, fruits, barley, mushrooms and cereals. Patients can eat starchy, protein and fatty foods. 

- Preparation the day before the examination: eat only liquid food throughout the day, such as fish porridge, minced meat porridge.

- Preparation on the night before the examination: Take the large intestine laxative prescribed by the doctor according to the instructions (it is not recommended for patients to purchase and take it on their own). Before taking the laxative, patients should prepare 2 liters of electrolyte water, wet tissues for skin cleansing, and Vaseline. - Six hours before the endoscopy: No food or water should be consumed.

• The service is only available in designated endoscopy centre.
• Endoscopy service is operated by specialist and follow-up and report explanation by referral doctor.
• General practitioner’s assessment is required for this service.
• Doctor’s consultation fee of HK$350 applies if customer is not suitable for the endoscopy service after Doctor's consultation.

• Human Health will contact the customer within 2 working days after successful payment. Customers can also call the above-mentioned medical centers to make a reservation.

• Customers must present their identity cards and order confirmation letter (printed or e-version) on the appointment day.

•Check-up plan is applicable to people aged 18 or above only.

•Check-up plan is not applicable on Sundays and Public Holidays.

• The redemption will be valid for 6 months starting from the date of payment.

• Neither amendment nor cancellation is allowed once the payment has been confirmed. Also, it is not transferable nor refundable.

• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

• In case of disputes, the decision of Human Health shall be final.
