• The service is only available in designated endoscopy centre.
• The above plan already includes endoscopist's fee, intravenous sedation, standard instrument fee, detailed doctor's report, surgery fee (facilities fee), all miscellaneous charges during surgery, bowel preparation drug Klean Prep.
• Preparation before inspection:
  - Preparation three days before the examination: It is recommended that if the patient is taking drugs such as aspirin and Boxue Pill, please notify the doctor in advance. In some cases a doctor may ask a patient to stop taking a certain type of medication. Stop taking high-fiber foods and beverages, such as vegetables, fruits, barley, mushrooms and cereals. Patients can eat starchy, protein and fatty foods.
  - Preparation the day before the examination: eat only liquid food throughout the day, such as fish porridge, minced meat porridge.
  - Preparation on the night before the examination: Take the large intestine laxative prescribed by the doctor according to the instructions (it is not recommended for patients to purchase and take it on their own). Before taking the laxative, patients should prepare 2 liters of electrolyte water, wet tissues for skin cleansing, and Vaseline.
  - Eight hours before the endoscopy: No food or water should be consumed.
• Endoscopy service is operated by specialist. Referral doctor will be responsible for follow-up and report explanation.
• General practitioner’s assessment is required for this service. Doctor’s consultation fee of HK$350 applies if client is not suitable for the endoscopy service after Doctor's consultation.

• Once payment is successful, our customer service team will contact you within two working days to arrange an appointment. Alternatively, during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), you can send your order number, the full name of the service user, and your preferred appointment date to us via WhatsApp at +852 6010 4853 (text messages only), and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
• This service is only applicable at designated Human Health Medical Health Check Centers.
• Customers must present their HKID card/identity document and the order confirmation letter (printed or electronic version) on the appointment day for identity verification. 
• The health check plan is only applicable to individuals aged 18 or above.
• The health check plan is not available on Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and public holidays. 
• The health check plan is valid for 6 months. Customers must complete the check-up within 6 months (starting from the payment confirmation date); expired plans will be forfeited. 
• No changes, transfers, or refunds are allowed after ordering the plan.
• All health checkups are not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment purposes. 
• This service cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, nor can it be redeemed for cash or other products.
