• The service is only available in designated endoscopy centre.
• The above plan already includes endoscopist's fee, intravenous sedation, standard instrument fee, detailed doctor's report, surgery fee (facility fee), all miscellaneous charges during surgery, CLO Test.
• Preparation before inspection:
  - Six weeks before the test: stop antibiotics
  - two weeks before: stop taking stomach medicine
  - Eight hours before the examination: fasting, can drink a small amount of water
  - Two hours before: No drink/water, remove dentures, ornaments and metal objects
• Endoscopy service is operated by specialist and follow-up and report explanation by referral doctor.
•  General practitioner’s assessment is required for this service.
  Doctor’s consultation fee of HK$350 applies if customer is not suitable for the endoscopy service after Doctor's consultation.

• Once payment is successful, our customer service team will contact you within two working days to arrange an appointment. Alternatively, during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), you can send your order number, the full name of the service user, and your preferred appointment date to us via WhatsApp at +852 6010 4853 (text messages only), and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
• This service is only applicable at designated Human Health Medical Health Check Centers.
• Customers must present their HKID card/identity document and the order confirmation letter (printed or electronic version) on the appointment day for identity verification. 
• The health check plan is only applicable to individuals aged 18 or above.
• The health check plan is not available on Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and public holidays. 
• The health check plan is valid for 6 months. Customers must complete the check-up within 6 months (starting from the payment confirmation date); expired plans will be forfeited. 
• No changes, transfers, or refunds are allowed after ordering the plan.
• All health checkups are not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment purposes. 
• This service cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, nor can it be redeemed for cash or other products.
