Directions for use:  

Step 1-Insert the battery cell and press and hold down the switch until blue light flashes

Step 2-Connect to the mobile app

Step 3-Make sure that the Care Device MH-80N with the letter L is inserted into the left side bra, and the silver detection head should be aligned above the nipple, and then make sure that the Care Device MH-80N with the letter R is inserted into the right side bra, and the silver detection head should be aligned with the top of the nipple

Step 4-Raise both hands three times in a row to check whether the CAREBra®️ underwear you are wearing has moved, and check whether the distance to the nipple is within 1 cm. If it is, it means that the Care Device MH-80N is in good contact with the skin, and you can proceed with detection.
