*Sanofi (French pharmaceutical company) recommends that individuals aged 12 months old or above receive their vaccine. Whereas Pfizer (American pharmaceutical company) recommends their vaccine for infants 6 weeks old and above. Customers have the responsibility to understand the details before purchasing. If on the day of injection, the customer is unable to receive the vaccine due to age restrictions, the company will not be responsible for any resulting losses.
*To ensure a smooth vaccination process, it is mandatory to present the original immunization record card (vaccination card) each time you receive vaccination. This is for healthcare professional to fill out and verify the relevant vaccination records. If you are unable to present the vaccination card on the day of your appointment, we reserves the right to refuse vaccination for the appointment holder.
Meningococcal infection is an infectious disease, the causative bacterium of meningococcal meningitis is Neisseria meningitidis, which is usually reside asymtomatically in the human nasopharynx, are easily transmitted to close contacts by respiratory droplets. Besides, the progression of meningococcal meningitis is very quick, it can take one's life in 24 hours.

If you purchase pediatric vaccine service, please pay attention to the following vaccination guidelines:
- 【Appointment Process】Upon successful payment confirmation, please WhatsApp your order number and the recipient's full name to 6010 4853 (text messages only) (Office Hours: Monday to Saturday; 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). Human Health will confirm with you via WhatsApp within 2 working days during office hours.
- Individuals with allergic reactions to any vaccine ingredients are not suitable for injection.
- If you have a fever or are currently taking antibiotics on the day of vaccination, it is recommended to postpone the injection.
- Individuals undergoing medical treatments (such as chemotherapy, steroids, etc.) should consult a doctor for guidance before receiving the vaccine.
- If you are taking medication but are unsure whether you can receive the vaccine, it is advised to consult a doctor first or bring your medication for the medical staff to check on the day of injection before deciding suitability.
- This plan requires an assessment by medical personnel to determine suitability. If evaluated as unsuitable for vaccination, an assessment fee of HKD 350 will apply, and the remaining balance can be refunded or exchanged.
