*This vaccine must be completed no later than before the age of 12. Customers are responsible for understanding the relevant details before making a purchase. The company will not be held liable for any losses incurred if the injection cannot be administered on the day due to the child's age exceeding the limit.
*To ensure a smooth vaccination process, it is mandatory to present the original immunization record card (vaccination card) each time you receive vaccination. This is for healthcare professional to fill out and verify the relevant vaccination records. If you are unable to present the vaccination card on the day of your appointment, we reserve the right to refuse vaccination for the appointment holder.
Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella are common child diseases that spread by airborne transmission of droplets from the respiratory tract. Among them, Varicella is caused by contact with vesicle fluids of the skin lesions. The disease may be complicated by pneumonia, encephalitis, or even fatal in severe cases.

- Individuals aged 1 year old or above
Recommend Immunization Schedule:
- 12th Month (1 year): 1st dose
- 13rd Month : 2nd dose (at least 1 month apart from 1st dose)
Not applicable to:
- People who have a fever or are taking antibiotics on the day of injection, it is recommended to delay the injection.
- Moderate or severe acute illness with fever.
- Serious allergic reaction to a previous dose of measles-containing or varicella-containing vaccine
- Known history of severe allergy to gelatine or certain antibiotics.
- Individuals with severe immunosuppression from diseases or treatment, e.g.:
-immunodeficiency
-on current cancer treatment, such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy
-taking immunosuppressive medicines, such as high dose corticosteroid - Family history of congenital or hereditary immunodeficiency
- People with untreated active tuberculosis
- People who have received immunoglobulin or other blood products (e.g. blood transfusion) within the past 11 months
- People who has received other live vaccines in the past four weeks, or has received varicella-containing vaccine in the past three months
- Pregnancy

If you purchase vaccine service, please pay attention to the following vaccination guidelines:
• All services require an appointment. Customers who have successfully purchased an injection service are advised to book at least 2 weeks in advance. For Saturday appointments, booking at least 4 weeks in advance is recommended.
• The injection must be scheduled within 6 months of purchase; no refunds will be issued for expired orders.
• After successful payment, our customer service team will contact you within 2 working days to arrange an appointment. Alternatively, you may send your order number, the full name of the service recipient, and your preferred appointment date to us via WhatsApp at +852 6010 4853 (text messages only) during office hours (Monday to Saturday, 9 am – 6 pm); we will respond as soon as possible.
• Individuals with known allergies to any vaccine ingredients should not receive the injection.
• It is recommended to postpone the injection if you have a fever or are currently taking antibiotics on the day of the appointment.
• Individuals currently undergoing medical treatment (e.g., chemotherapy, steroid therapy) should consult a doctor for advice and guidance before receiving the injection.
• If you are taking medication but are unsure about your suitability for the vaccine, please consult a doctor beforehand, or bring the medication with you on the day of the appointment for the medical staff to review and determine suitability.
• Suitability for this program must be assessed by medical staff. If the assessment determines that the customer is unsuitable for the procedure, an assessment fee of HKD 350 will be charged, and the remaining balance can be used for an exchange or refund.
